Director
Peter Archer
Peter brings over two decades of experience in the construction industry, beginning his career as an apprentice electrician in the commercial and industrial sectors. After qualifying, he quickly progressed into leadership roles, managing teams of tradespeople before launching and successfully running his own electrical contracting business in the UK for 13 years.
After relocating to the Gold Coast with his wife and two children, Peter continued to expand his expertise, working as a Fire Technician and later as a Fire Services Estimator on major projects including hospitals, schools, and high-rise developments. During this time, he obtained both his Electrical and Fire Contracting Licences in Queensland.
Peter later joined a commercial fitout company, where he worked in project management and estimating, delivering a range of office and retail spaces. His leadership and technical strengths saw him promoted to Operations Manager, overseeing both the estimating and project delivery teams.
With a strong desire to return to business ownership, Peter co-founded Keyspace Projects alongside Tui, combining their shared passion for quality, service, and delivering standout commercial spaces.
Outside of work, Peter is a dedicated dad and family man who loves spending time with his wife and kids. He’s often found at the beach, on family bike rides, or cheering on his son at football and martial arts. He also enjoys keeping active with gym sessions and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Director
Tui Fenton
With over 20 years in the construction industry, Tui began his career fresh out of school as an apprentice carpenter, quickly finding his stride on the tools and developing a deep passion for the building industry. His drive to learn and grow saw him move into a supervisory role, where he began to build on his practical expertise with formal qualifications.
Over the years, he has completed a Carpentry Apprenticeship, Certificate IV in Building and Construction, and Diplomas in both Building and Construction, and Building and Construction Management.
Keen to broaden his capabilities even further, Tui transitioned into project management and completed a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety to deepen his understanding of compliance and site safety. Most recently, he earned his QBCC Builder Licence, a milestone that reflects his commitment to continual professional growth and industry excellence.
Tui brings hands-on experience and a strong track record in managing complex commercial projects. Organised and detail-focused, he prioritises WHS compliance and industry standards. Calm under pressure and committed to getting things done right, he’s a trusted and reliable presence on any project.
Outside of work, Tui is a proud father of two. When he’s not running around after the kids, he enjoys staying active, getting out on the water, fishing, wakeboarding, and chasing new adventures.
