Once we have the brief, we’ll create a space plan for your approval, showing how everything could fit together.

We’ll put together a clear, realistic budget based on the space plan, so you know exactly what to expect.​

5.  Design

Now for the exciting part—bringing your space to life! We’ll design the look and feel, covering everything from finishes to fixtures and finer details. ​We always work within your budget but can also explore alternative options, whether you're looking to upgrade or scale back.

​6.  Detailed Costings

Once the design is in place, we’ll provide a full breakdown of costs, so you have total clarity and control moving forward.​

• Coordinating the right teams and trades

• Organising all required engineering and building approvals

Every project is assigned a dedicated project manager and full-time site manager to ensure everything runs seamlessly. They’ll keep your project on schedule, within budget, and up to the highest standards—all while complying with current Australian building regulations:

​9.  Handover & Aftercare​

Before handover, we’ll ensure you’re completely satisfied with everything. This way, you can hit the ground running—whether you’re moving in right away or preparing the space for the market. You and your landlord (if applicable) will receive the following:

• Operation and Maintenance Manual for your new space

• All final certificates

• As-built drawings​
